 
Barb is the business, corporate, and real estate paralegal for the firm. She attended Northern Michigan University receiving an Associates Degree in Legal and Business Administration. Barb has worked in the legal profession for approximately twenty years. She has been with Nell & Associates since its inception and has worked as a paralegal with Attorney Richard Nell for the last eight years. Prior to moving to Green Bay, Barb worked as a paralegal in the Detroit, Michigan area. Barb has taken numerous real estate courses offered in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Bar and is a licensed title agent in the State of Wisconsin. Barb does volunteer work for numerous sporting and educational organizations in the Ashwaubenon area. She is also on the Education Committee for Bethany United Methodist Church.

Anita Altman is a litigation paralegal at Nell & Associates, S.C. She received her paralegal certification from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies of Chicago, IL. Anita has been employed as a paralegal in the Green Bay area for over 13 years, as well as providing law firm management and marketing duties. She has been with Nell & Associates for nearly four years. Anita volunteers on the Board of Directors for th Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association, Inc.

Amanda Toonen is the estate planning paralegal for Nell & Associates, S.C. She also works with business transactions and collections. In May of 2008, she graduated from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College with an Associates Degree in paralegal studies. After her first semester at NWTC, Amanda was inducted as member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. She is currently attending Concordia University – Green Bay and plans on graduating in 2010 with a degree in Management of Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Management. Outside of work, Amanda volunteers her time to coaching and working sporting events in the Howard-Suamico area, as well as assisting Bay Port High School’s Mock Trial team.
