As attorneys, we know that our primary obligation is to serve our clients and to get things done. We understand that visiting a law firm is not generally the most pleasant activity people encounter, and we are devoted to making our clients as satisfied and comfortable as possible. We also know that all too often lawyers fail to return phone calls, neglect to respond to requests promptly, or forget the common courtesies to which everyone is entitled.

It is our view that a fundamental aspect of our jobs as lawyers is to treat our clients fairly, openly and honestly, and to provide the same courtesies to them that we would hope to receive if our roles were reversed. We know that a law firm can exist only to serve its clients and it is our solemn pledge never to take any of our clients for granted.
